I attended this festival before Hunt Club's Halloween fest, but I'm just now getting around to editing photos!  This was the maiden voyage for my new DSLR.  RIP my faithful Rebel XTi, you will be missed.  I'm toting a little Nikon D3100 around, now.  It's been challenging having to get used to moving parts in the opposite direction, but I'm loving the speed and quality!  The shutter is very quiet, too.  Although, I almost miss the Rebel's audible whir-and-snap...

My younger sister graduated from high school earlier this year, and I pulled her aside to take some portraits of before the ceremony. I love the way a lot of them turned out. It's hard to get a photo of her smiling genuinely, so these are some of my favorite photos of her.
